Hey Friends, visionaries, allies, and cartographers of new vistas!
As many of you know, I am a Practitioner of perspectives.
This is the first thing the mushrooms ever taught me: Perspective.
John Lennon breaks my heart open on this matter with his entire album, Mind Games.
He sings,
We are playing them forever… so let’s keep playing, with love as the answer! You know that… FO’ SHOW!
Later in the album, on the song “Intuition,” he muses about how he can remember, in trying moments, that he is simply suffering from a condition of, “seeing things that way.”

I’m going to up the ante and jest, we are always suffering from, or enjoying the pleasures of… Seeing things someway.
And the particulars of whatever that way happens to be for us… Are all the difference!
So in that spirit, I’m going to invite you take a perspective…
NYE resolutions are stupid.
Yep… basically just a bunch of exhausted marketing gimmicks with comically high failure rates.
Here is the next perspective I want to invite you try out:
Planting seeds in the fabric of time,
With great passion for the mind games we are all playing,
With love as the answer,
And a wisdom tempered deep developmental view
… is very very smart!

Let me do a light touch of unpacking on the deep developmental view,
make a quick connection to the species’ mind
… and see if we can inspire you to:
look deeper,
Journey further,
Practice longer,
Enjoy pleasure stronger,
Embody fiercer kinds of compassion,
Create more courageously – wilder,
And basically be truer in all areas of Life.
Recently, a big upgrade in my personal process is a movement from purely developmental views to what I am now calling, deep developmental views.
And yes… Mushrooms Were/Are involved.
The deep developmental view synthesizes embryology, attachment theory, KosmoGenesis, and views of our Sapiens species history spanning thousands into hundreds of thousands of years.
(No bong rip required – though not a bad idea every now and then?) #WriteHigh #EditSober
It encourages a profound appreciation of what shapes a single human life, and the various embedded concentric circles that interconnect and are the operational reality of mystical unity.
Sooooo! I know that sounds like a bunch of mushrooms talking… It is, I assure you : D. No problem.
